The Beats
The Beats is a professional 5 piece function band comprising of some of the UK's most talented, vibrant young musicians all at degree level. They boast a wealth of experience as session musicians including television appearances, Theatre and Arena tours, Cruise ships and large Uk and international festivals including Reading, Leeds and Glastonbury to name but a few.
Formed in early 2010 their friendship and love of performing brought them together as a band passionate and dedicated to deliver a flawless and well polished performance. Their lively dynamic and tireless sets will keep the dance floor full all night. Their sets cover a hugh range of 'A-list' songs spanning various genres, everything from Motown to 70's disco, Rock n Roll, Classic Rock covers and right through to current chart hits.
Typically the band's line-up consists of female vocals, bass/vocals, electric guitar/vocals, drums and keyboard with an optional upgrade of a brass section. They can perform either 2 x 45, 2 x 60 or 3 x 40 minute sets to fit into your event plans. They are fully self contained supplying top quality PA and lighting equipment required for the performance.
